After the payment has been processed, delivery may take 14 to 21 days on average, this may vary depending on the location of your home.
Your purchase will be dispatched within 7 business days upon payment has been made, with your artwork perfectly wrapped. The delivery company will take another 7 to 14 business days to deliver the artwork to your home. Please note that the delivery time will vary from country to country. In some cases the local customs office of your country may require additional documents to release your package which may cause delay in delivery. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding the time to delivery.
The artwork will be professionally packed by ubudeco.com with our standardised cardboard boxes. Please rest assured that your purchased artworks will be professionally packed and properly protected before shipping.
There will be no tax charges for local delivery within Hong Kong. However, some other countries/territories may require import tax, custom duties and related expenses which are not covered in the artwork purchase payment you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country/territories. For further details of import custome duties and charges, please contact the local authorities.
If the artwork you received is not up to your expectation, you are entitled for an ONE TIME CHANGE of your purchased artwork without any penalty.
You will have 14 day guarantee return period upon receipt of the artwork based on the following criteria.
- The artwork must be unused and in perfect condition
- The returned artwork and the certificate of authenticity must be returned with the original packaging; and a payment receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for verification in advance
- Please contact us within the first 7 days from the date of delivery. However the returned delivery fees should be borne by you
For any damages founded upon delivery, we will replace the artwork or refund for you. Please send us an email with photographs of the damaged artwork and make a note with your full name, purchase order number and attach a payment receipt (or a proof of purchase). Our customer service team will reply you to assist as soon as possible.
