“When I communicate with my guidance, the process of painting, the painting itself and myself integrate into wholeness, which forms a creation and part of the energy of the Universe.”
Heinga is a self-taught painter who is currently based in Hong Kong. Her paintings are channelled from different dimensions with loving energies, to awaken someone and perhaps to provide some spaces for people to relax and to feel the tranquillity in her creations. Within her creativity she sees no limitless and no boundary, as the messages received and the level of self-comprehension keep changing, and change is the rule of the Universe, until everything returns back to God.
Heinga’s paintings are mainly created using acrylics, she likes expressing the messages with the combination of texture and abstraction / floral abstract.
睎雅是一位本地畫家。她以畫作表達宇宙訊息，希望在創作中為大家提供放鬆的空間和片刻的寧靜, 甚至產生喚醒心靈的效果。 在她的創作中並沒有任何限制或邊界，因為她深信變化從來就是宇宙的規則, 而接收到的訊息和自身領悟只會不斷改變和提升，直到一切回歸於心中的上帝。
睎雅主要使用塑膠彩創作，她喜歡用質感和抽象方式, 或抽象花卉表達訊息。

The Moment when Karma Completes Itself, 2022

When a karma completes itself, in other words, when someone is willing to let go of some sort of consciousness that is no longer valid, the linkage related to the karma will be broken through. Such power will become empty….leaving the real energies shine through, followed by some other new and exciting experiences happening in one’s life.
當業力自我完成時，也就是說，當一個人願意放下某種跟自己不再協調的意識時，與業力有關的聯繫就會被打破，同時這種力量會消失……留下的是真正閃耀的能量，隨之而來一些全新和令人興奮的生活體驗即將會發生。
Dancing in the heaven, 2021

Dancing is my favourite thing to do in life. When I listen to the beats and move my body, it’s like the density is offloaded and I become another person living in the dimension that no thought is necessary. I love this dimension, it’s so colourful and vibrant! I want to transform my body into a state of weightlessness and dance freely here.
跳舞是我一生中最喜歡做的事情。當我聽著節拍舞動身體時，身體的密度就好像減低了….我變成了另一個人，生活在不需要思想的空間中。我喜歡這個維度，它是如此豐富多彩和充滿活力! 我想把自己的身體變成無重的狀態，無拘無束地在這裡跳舞。
The Power of Sanghata Sutra, 2022

The expression of this painting is based on my experiences and feelings after transcribing this profound sutra for 10 times.
According to the sutra, those who encounter this sutra will experience dramatic changes, they will be transformed and will be receiving a lot of blessings. The blessings are just like the amount of sands in Ganga River multiplied by 12.
And yes, it really changes me with no joke. I’ve been feeling the power changing me from time to time. The power is like….it could eliminate countless karma that accumulated for many lives which cannot be solved just by the brain in this life, from the individual level to the femininity level, and to the societal level and even to the universal level. During the process I see different bounce backs though e.g. certain suffering on the physical or mental level and it could happen at any time. However, the suffering will be gone when I carry on transcribing the sutra basically . My understanding is that as the karma that I’ve been holding is too strong, it has to be released through the body in some ways, together with self-reflection the same pattern won’t happen again. In addition, such powerful cleansing helps me become better channelling as well as receiving deeper messages. What I am sure of is I become calmer and see many experiences from fresh new angles.
I feel deeply grateful to know this Sutra, I would say the power of Buddha really saves me. His overwhelming compassion’s been developing the completeness of myself. I hope more people will get the chance to encounter this sutra.
這幅畫是根據我抄寫這部深奧的經章十遍後的經歷而表達出來的感受。
經上說，凡是遇到此經的人，都會發生翻天覆地的變化，會得到內在轉化及深深的祝福。而這樣的祝福就像恒河上的沙乘以12倍這麼多。
是的，這部經真的大大力地改變了我。我一直感覺到經書的力量不時地改變著我。這種力量就像….它可以消除累世積下的業力，從個人層面到女性層面，再到社會層面，乃至宇宙層面, 而這些業力是無法只用今生的大腦解決的. 在過程中，我感受到了不同的回彈力，例如身體或心裡層面上的痛苦會隨時出現，但隨著我繼續抄寫經文，痛苦就會消失。我的理解是，由於我一直背負的業力太強，它必須通過身體以某種方式釋放，加上通過反思，同樣的模式便不會再發生。此外，如此強大的淨化幫助我更清晰地收取更深層次的訊息。我可以肯定的是，我變得更平靜，並從全新的角度經驗生活。
能知此經，深感感恩，佛的力量真的救度了我。他的慈悲一直在協助我的完整性。我希望更多人有機會跟這部經書結緣。
